    Sony camera\'s / Gebrek aan halfgeleiders voor Sony (foto)camera’s

    In een kennisgeving, die tevens als verontschuldiging fungeert, zegt Sony dat het de acceptatie van bestellingen
    van distributeurs en klanten op 19 november 2021 voor de volgende apparatuur heeft stopgezet:
    camera's uit de a7 II-serie, camera's uit de a6400-serie, a6100-camera's (blijkbaar alleen zwarte modellen) ,
    PXW-Z190 professionele 4K-camcorder en de ECM-B1M shotgun-microfoon.
    Reden: vanwege het wereldwijde tekort aan halfgeleiders.

    Is ook bekend wat dan wèl de reden is waarom Sony dit op die wijze heeft ingebouwd?

    Bedrijven hadden en hebben een grote invloed op de politiek.
    Philips en Grundig wilden in de jaren '70 hun Video 2000 systeem beschermen tegen het (veel goedkopere) Japanse VHS systeem.
    Philips en Grundig kregen het in Europa voor elkaar dat op alle apparaten die  geïmporteerd werden en 30 minuten of langer konden opnemen een extra belastingheffing kreeg opgelegd.
    Die wet is nooit gewijzigd en daar hebben we nu nog last van.
    In die tijd was extern opnemen en uiteraard HDMI totaal onbekend.
    Het idiote is dat bijv. systeemcamera's intern max. 29 minuten en 59 seconden  kunnen opnemen maar opnames via HDMI gewoon onbeperkt zijn!

    Nieuws / Atomos firmware update 10.71 voor Ninja V en V+

    Atomos heeft een update aangekondigd voor zijn Ninja V en Ninja V+ met nieuwe ProRes RAW-opname-opties voor Canon's EOS R5, Panasonic's Lumix BS1H en Sony FS-serie camera's.

    De AtomoOS 10.71 firmware-update maakt het ook mogelijk om de nieuwe AtomX Cast-hardware van Atomos te gebruiken met de nieuwe Ninja V+ monitor/recorder, waardoor het een krachtige livestreaming-oplossing wordt.

    Wel fijn dat er hier weer 2 pagina's over van alles en nog wat ge-OH wordt,
    maar het is de bedoeling om hier iets over Davinci Resolve neer te pennen dames!

    De foutmelding komt van MPC-HC dat al sinds 2017 niet meer ondersteund wordt.
    Wanneer je systeem updates hebt gedaan in de afgelopen 4 jaar is de kans wel 100% dat hier het probleem ligt.

    Op de MPC-HC website vond ik dit:

    'MPC-HC is not under development since 2017. Please switch to something else.'

    Er is wel iemand die aan de software heeft gesleuteld op het doom9 forum.
    Maar in principe is het einde verhaal MPC-HC

    • GPU which supports Metal or OpenCL 1.2.

    Op zijn website staat:
    'Buiten FCP (7&X), Adobe Premiere Pro CC en Avid kan ik voldoende overweg met Motion, After Effects en Photoshop.'

    Dus hij werkt ook met de oude Final Cut Pro 7 en de huidige versie van Final Cut Pro en Apple Motion!  ;)
